diligence and M&A. Dale is experienced in procuring and enforcing
international IP rights. He
advises on strategies to use IP to support business goals. For example, he has
created innovative IP protection for financial systems and managed the creation
of a worldwide patent portfolio. He is IP counsel to early stage companies
developing IP based high-tech business.
Licensing and Litigation
Dale assists clients in licensing their IP, and if needed, enforcement of IP
rights against infringers. He determines if there is infringement, credible
defenses and potential injunction and damages. Dale uses the collective
information as the basis for making sound business judgments and creating a
strategy for successful assertion or defense of IP rights. He manages litigation
and takes a lead role in negotiating appropriate licenses and dispute
resolutions. He also consults with companies facing demands to license and has
implemented strategies to minimize licensing and litigation risks.

Dale is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office. He assists clients in patent portfolio strategy.
Expert Witness
Dale serves an expert in IP enforcement and licensing disputes. He opines on
infringement, validity, equitable conduct, practice before the US PTO and
