Dale C. Hogue, Sr. is an experienced patent attorney with international experience in all aspects of patent and intellectual property disputes, patent and trademark procurement and licensing. Dale has counseled IP owners on worldwide strategy, portfolio acquisitions and management of IP assets. He has been lead counsel on several patent, trademark, trade dress, copyright and trades secret lawsuits. He has been an expert in ADR on licensing matters. He has sold and licensed IP and advised on numerous technology transactions including university technology licenses. His technology expertise is in high-tech, electronics, software, financial systems, medical devices, automotive, aeronautics and telecom.

Education

He received his J.D. Degree from Georgetown Law Center and a B.S. in  Engineering Science, Industrial Management, from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri.
